Season 3: Episode 13 - Ask Von Drake
Mickey wants to prove that Von Drake doesn't know everything. So as his last question, Mickey asks Von Drake to list where everyone is sitting. The part of the song that goes "right behind the three amigos," Panchito, Donald, and Jose come on screen for a few seconds.

Season 3: Episode 25 - Mickey and the Culture Clash
Mickey thinks that Minnie is looking for a new boyfriend who is more "sophisticated." To make Mickey worry even more about this, we see Jose doing some little magic tricks for Minnie and he pulls out some flowers for her. (Note: if someone can provide screen shots of this scene I would greatly appreciate it!)

Jose and Panchito can be seen sitting at one of the tables clapping along witheveyone else. I'm not sure what other episodes this shows up in, but it comes up in "Not Too Goofy."
