This was originally done for my LiveJournal layout that was inspired my something a friend said, “You know there’s too many evil plans in the works when we start to forget a few of them.” The drawing features a normal girl and her talking pet penguin. They make evil plans against society, but their plans usually fail and end up benefitting society. So now it’s a story idea in the works.
