Illustration assignment where I was making a new cover for a 60s comic book. This one was called “Tales of the Unexpected” that had sci-if short stories. In this particular story, a man created a machine that has a ray to evolve a creature, and another ray to devolve. Well, the guy got hit with both rays at once and thus this result.
